Product Description
Mother Earth Coco Bale (5 kilogram bales), Full Truckload FREE SHIPPING
Product Summary
Mother Earth Coco Bale in 5-kilogram bales supplies compressed coconut coir for commercial growing-media preparation. Each full truckload contains 20 pallets, with 240 bales per pallet, delivering 4,800 bales. Each bale expands to approximately 60 liters after hydration, providing an estimated 288,000 liters of growing media per truckload.
Made from natural coco pith and a combination of longer and shorter fibers, this soil alternative retains moisture while maintaining porosity and drainage. The coir is washed to reduce salt content and compressed for practical storage before use.
Choose bulk Mother Earth Coco Bales when your operation needs expandable media for container filling and custom growing mixes. Hydrate only the quantities needed for each project, then loosen the expanded coir before use. Free shipping is available for eligible orders; delivery location and inventory availability can affect freight charges.

1. How many pallets are included in a full truckload?
A full truckload contains 20 pallets. Please have a forklift onsite at the scheduled delivery time to unload the pallets from the truck.
2. Does the 5-kilogram size describe weight or expanded volume?
It describes the bale’s weight. After hydration, each bale expands to approximately 60 liters of growing media.
3. Can I place the compressed bale directly into growing containers?
Hydrate and loosen the bale first so the expanded coir can be distributed throughout your containers.
4. How much expanded coir will five bales provide?
Five bales yield approximately 300 liters. Actual volume can vary with hydration and how tightly the material is packed.
5. Is this a coco and perlite blend?
No. This product contains natural coconut coir, including pith and fibers. Perlite is not included.
