Refund Policy
PlanetEarthGardenSupply.com subsidiary Planet Earth Garden Supply offers a 14-day return on all brand new, unused and undamaged products when accompanied by a receipt and in original packaging. Used items may not be returned. All returns require a return of goods authorization number (RA), which can be obtained by e-mailing us directly at Sales@PlanetEarthGardenSupply.com. When requesting a return authorization, be sure to include your order number. Please do not phone-in return requests. After we receive your return request via email, we will send you an email with detailed instructions for your return. We will notify you via e-mail the status of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping arrangements of returned items. A restocking fee of 20% is charged on all returned merchandise.
Items must arrive in brand new, saleable condition at our warehouse before a credit will be issued. Please consider getting insurance on the package. If it arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, we will not issue credit.
Special ordered items and those made to customer specifications are not guaranteed returnable. It is the sole discretion of PlanetEarthGardenSupply.com to determine if special order items are returnable.
PlanetEarthGardenSupply.com reserves the right to deny any request for exchange or store credit for a returned item.
After submitting an item for refund, you can expect to receive your refund within four weeks after you submit a return request, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If a customer refuses receipt of a package that they ordered, or has not been available for multiple delivery attempts and their package is returned to PlanetEarthGardenSupply.com, the customer is then responsible for any shipping and handling costs accrued by PlanetEarthGardenSupply.com for shipment of the item.
Large shipments that UPS or USPS are unable to carry will be sent by truck instead. Because of the size of these items, Planet Earth Garden Supply is unable to refund any shipping costs if they are returned back. It will be the customer's responsibility to be responsible for the shipment back to our warehouse. Please consider this when ordering a large shipment.
Warranty Information
All warranties are given by the product manufacturer, only. Manufacturer warranties are fully applicable within the item(s) defined warranty period. PlanetEarthGardenSupply.com accepts no responsibility or liability, expressed or otherwise for any manufacturer's warranty. However, we will be happy to assist you in obtaining replacement/repair for a product under warranty.
