The XL Series Air Cooled Air Conditioning unit is Excel’s flagship product and is built from a split system design. The Split System design allows for the indoor air handler to act as the blower inside while the outdoor condensing unit rejects indoor heat to the fresh air outside. This unit comes equipped with Plug and Play fittings making it your best choice for quick and easy installations. The XL series is available in sizes ranging from 2.0 TON (24,000 BTU) to 5.0 TON (60,000 BTU).

Plug and Play

Plug and Play refrigeration fittings make air cooled units simple to install by yourself; without the need of a costly certified installer. Each refrigeration line is pre-charged with the correct amount of refrigerant for your system. Just thread the fittings together and startup your system! The fittings are re-sealable unlike other copycats on the market meaning, if you need to take your system out for servicing or relocate your unit no refrigerant is lost and can be simply re-installed.

The Excel Odor Eliminator is perfect for any area where extreme smell is an issue. Unlike other filters this multistage filter will remove the newest smells, giving you piece of mind.

Excel UV Air Purifier
The Excel UV Air Purifier is designed to change the molecular structure of the contaminants through DNA Sterilization and Photo-Oxidation destroying both biological and chemical contaminants, contaminants such as mold, bacteria, viruses and odors.

5kW Heater Add-On
Add a 5kW Heater into any Excel Air Systems Air Handler. Maintain nighttime temperatures with this easy to install electric heater. Install into the Air Handler in less than 5 minutes and simply set your desired heating temperature on your thermostat. 

Excel Water Guardian
The Excel Water Guardian is a necessity for any room! Easily install on tanks to stop forgetful overflows from happening or mount sensors anywhere water may be an issue. When one of the sensors detects water it will automatically close the stainless steel ball valve on the 1" water main. Can be connected both wirelessly with a 9V battery and 120V wall plug. 

Top Plenum
Adding a plenum to your XL or Stealth Series system will greatly improve ease of installation and Indoor Air Handler efficiency. The box sits over the blower allowing to take the turbulence out of the air and send it at a constant flow rate down the length of your ducting. 

Condensate Pump
This pump allows condensation from the Indoor Air Handler to flow into the pump, then when the internal float raises the condensate water can be pumped a distance of 20’ along with the capability of 15’ vertically to a drain source. Comes with a 6’ electrical cord and 20’ 3/8 tubing. Available in 120/230V applications.

Digital Thermostat
Dgitial thermostats will work in any residential or light commercial application. Heat-Cool or Heat Pump. It looks good, too! Small, low profile and in a contemporary color that will blend in with any room color. The LCD readout is extra large with a backlit display making it easy to read. All these features and more make this thermostat the perfect universal replacement for all those environmentally unsound mercury thermostats.

Fan Cycling Control
Add this Fan Controller and temperature sensor to your XL or Stealth Series Outdoor Condensing Unit for much quieter fan speeds and overall fan motor efficiency. Will reduce fan speeds between 40-70% at temperatures under 100F. At 100F and above the fan will switch to high-speed.
